Producers of Roman Chamomile oil which is extracted from Chamaemelum nobile, a small perennial plant, measuring no more than 30 cm with white flowers in summer. It is native to southwestern Europe and is cultivated from the United Kingdom to Bulgaria, also Italy and France. It has a sweet, warm, herbaceous odour. The main constituents are angelic esters.

Roman chamomile essential oil is an oil widely used in aromatherapy due to its properties to soothe itching, its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-allergic and calming properties for the nervous system as well as its known benefits for digestive problems makes it a must in our aromatheque.
