Description
In detail
Cinnamon has a sweet and spicy aroma that will make you feel the warmth and comfort of your home. The mixture of cinnamon and orange is a perfect combination to obtain that effect.
Present in many cuisines, it has been used as an herbal remedy in ancient China for its digestive properties.
Native to Asia from Ceylon and South India, cinnamon oil is obtained from the leaves by steam dragging. Another type of cinnamon can be obtained, through the bark. This one has more cinnamic aldehyde and contains very little eugenol, so it is more dermocaustic and the aroma is different.
