The Client has the right to withdraw from the order placed without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days after receipt of the product by the customer or by a third party indicated by him.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Provider in writing through the email address hello@vosessence.com the decision to withdraw from the order or contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by the Client of this right is sent before the expiration of the corresponding period and that the product is sealed with the VENTÓS original seal, guaranteeing that the product has not been neither handled nor treated for use.


In case of withdrawal by the Client, the Provider will return all payments received from the Client, including, where appropriate, delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date in which the Client informs of his decision to withdraw from the order or contract.

Said reimbursement will be made through the same means of payment used by the Client in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The Provider may withhold the reimbursement until the product has been received or until the Client has presented proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition.

The Customer must return or deliver the product directly to our warehouse located at Carrer Can Sagrera 38 Pol. Ind. Sud-Oest, 08960 Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona, ​​Spain), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 30 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the order or contract. The Customer must bear the direct cost of returning the product.


The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to orders or contracts that refer to:

  • a) The supply of products made according to the client's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • b) The supply of products that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • c) The supply of sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.


The withdrawal request must contain the following information:

  • To the attention of Dto. Customer Service
  • I hereby inform you / we communicate that I withdraw from me / we withdraw from our contract of sale of the following good (product name)
  • Order number and receipt (date of order)
  • Customer name
  • Customer Address
  • Form of return of the amount of the price.
  • Client's signature
  • Date
