Marjoram oil in aromatherapy
Marjoram is an aromatic plant widely used in some cuisines for its aromatic properties. It grows wild in the mountains, but is also harvested in the southeast of the peninsula. In summer, at its peak, it has a beautiful flowering in white glomerulus and its intense aroma spreads through the environment. Full flowering takes place between June and September.

Reduces anxiety: Apply 3 or 4 pure drops of marjoram oil on the spine, the arch of the foot and on the solar plexus, below the sternum. Apply in the morning and evening.
Pain relief: Dilute a couple of drops in 20 drops of carrier oil and massage the painful area.
Chilblains: Chilblains are inflammation of the blood vessels.
The cause that provokes this inflammation is being repeatedly exposed to cold air.
This causes itching sensation, swelling and sometimes blisters on hands and feet, to alleviate these symptoms.
In a 50ml bottle. Add 40 drops of sweet marjoram + 10 drops of blue chamomile, mix with sesame and peanut vegetable oils.

Diffusion

Body care
Stomach pains: Stomach pains can be due to many reasons, one of them is stomach cramps, marjoram is effective because it relaxes the muscles, relieving pain.
In a container of 50 ml. Add 30 drops of sweet marjoram + 10 drops of cardamom + 5 drops of ginger, mix with almond vegetable oil.
Maximum Dilution for topical use: 2% for facial use – 4% for body use.
Contraindications
Prohibited during the first trimester of pregnancy and lactation. If you have sensitive skin do a skin test first diluted at 50%.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Always use essential oils diluted in a vegetable oil.
